Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">ARTICLE XIII. - SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICTS</SPAN></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Sec. 21-336. - Massaponax Special Service District; special tax. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>(a) </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>The Massaponax Special Service District established and re-established pursuant to Ordinance Nos. 2004-01, 2006-01, 2006-07, 2009-02 and 2015-01 shall consist of all that real property more particularly described in said ordinances and as may be hereafter amended from time to time by the board. The purpose of such service district shall be to provide such improvements, services and facilities as may be described or set forth in such ordinances, as amended, from time to time. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>(b) </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>There shall be levied and collected on all real estate and improvements thereto located within the boundaries of such service district for the six-month period beginning January 1, 2007, and for each fiscal year thereafter commencing on July 1, 2007, a special tax at the rate of thirty-five cents ($0.35) for each one hundred dollars ($100.00) of assessed valuation on such real property and improvements until such rate is changed by subsequent action by the board. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>(c) </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>All special taxes levied pursuant to this section shall be added to, and collected with the general real estate levy for all real property located within said service district and shall be subject to all other provisions of this chapter, mutatis mutandis. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>(d) </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>All revenues from the special taxes collected pursuant to this section shall be segregated and expended only for the provision of improvements, facilities and services within such service district, as set forth in Ordinance Nos. 2004-01, 2006-01, 2006-07, 2009-02 and 2015-01, as amended. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>(Ord. No. 21-80, 2-24-15) </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN /><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Sec. 21-337. - Harrison Crossing Special Service District; special tax. </SPAN><SPAN><SPAN /></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>(a) </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>The Harrison Crossing Special Service District, established and re-established pursuant to Ordinance Nos. 2006-05, 2006-08, 2008-02 and 2015-01 shall consist of all of that real property more particularly described in said ordinances and as may be hereafter amended from time to time by the board. The purpose of such district shall be to provide such improvements, transportation services, and facilities within the district as may be described or set forth in such ordinances, as amended, from time to time. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>(b) </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>There shall be levied and collected on all real estate and improvements thereto located within the boundaries of such service district for the six-month period beginning January 1, 2009, and for each fiscal year thereafter commencing on July 1, 2009, a special tax at the rate of thirty-five cents ($0.35) for each one hundred dollars ($100.00) of assessed valuation on such real property and improvements until such rate is changed by subsequent action by the board. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>(c) </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>All taxes levied pursuant to this section shall be added to, and collected with, the general real estate levy for all real property located within said service district and shall be subject to all other provisions of this chapter, mutatis mutandis. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>(d) </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>All revenues from the special tax collected pursuant to this section shall be segregated and expended only for the provision of improvements, facilities and services within such service district, as set forth in Ordinance Nos. 2006-05, 2006-08, 2008-02 and 2015-01 as amended. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>(Ord. No. 21-81, 9-8-15) </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Sec. 21-338. - Lee Hill East Special Service District; special tax. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>(a) </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>The Lee Hill East Special Service District established pursuant to Ordinance No. 2009-03 shall consist of all that real property more particularly described in said ordinance as may be hereafter amended from time to time by the board. No parcels or areas within the boundaries of the district are excluded. The purpose of such service district shall be to provide such improvements, services and facilities as may be described or set forth in such ordinance, as amended, from time to time. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>(b) </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>There shall be levied and collected on all real estate and improvements thereto located within the boundaries of such service district, beginning with the fiscal year commencing on July 1, 2009, a special tax at the rate of thirty-three cents ($0.33) for each one hundred dollars ($100.00) of assessed valuation on such real property and improvements until such rate is changed by subsequent action by the board. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>(c) </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>All special taxes levied pursuant to this section shall be added to, and collected with, the general real estate levy for all real property located within said service district and shall be subject to all other provisions of this chapter, mutatis mutandis. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>(d) </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>All revenues from the special taxes collected pursuant to this section shall be segregated and expended only for the provision of improvements, facilities and services within such service district, as set forth in Ordinance No. 2009-03, as amended. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>(Ord. No. 21-69, 4-28-09) </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Sec. 21-339. - Lee Hill West Special Service District; special tax. </SPAN><SPAN><SPAN /></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>(a) </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>The Lee Hill West Special Service District established pursuant to Ordinance No. 2009-04 shall consist of all that real property more particularly described in said ordinance as may be hereafter amended from time to time by the board. No parcels or areas within the boundaries of the district are excluded. The purpose of such service district shall be to provide such improvements, services and facilities as may be described or set forth in such ordinance, as amended, from time to time. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>(b) </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>There shall be levied and collected on all real estate and improvements thereto located within the boundaries of such service district, beginning with the fiscal year commencing on July 1, 2009, a special tax at the rate of seventy-five cents ($0.75) for each one hundred dollars ($100.00) of assessed valuation on such real property and improvements until such rate is changed by subsequent action by the board. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>(c) </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>All special taxes levied pursuant to this section shall be added to, and collected with, the general real estate levy for all real property located within said service district and shall be subject to all other provisions of this chapter, mutatis mutandis. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>(d) </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>All revenues from the special taxes collected pursuant to this section shall be segregated and expended only for the provision of improvements, facilities and services within such service district, as set forth in Ordinance No. 2009-04, as amended. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>(Ord.
