This District is divided into Primary Development and Rural Development. Arterial roads to which the HCODS, primary development and rural development classifications are Plank Road, Courthouse Road, US Route 1, Rt 620 Harrison Rd, Rt 639 Leavells Rd, Rt 639 Salem Church Rd and Hood Drive&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</idAbs>
