The southern boundary is the centerline of the North Anna River which is now underwater at Lake Anna. The eastern border along the Caroline County was surveyed and recorded in DB 363 Pages 365 - 369 on April 29, 1975. The western border along Orange County was created through research and discerned as the western most edge of the parcels. This border was approved by a Judge March 15, 2021<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
